- Contains test bed configuration, information on how to submit

- Our test engineers are qualified QA engineers and have MCSE and MCSD certifications
- We are constantly updating our knowledge by attending conferences, testing hardware, writing software, communicating with Microsoft and listening to our customers
Troubleshooting failure points
- Logo testing rarely completes without failures, and all failures must be addressed before a submission can be made
- We use the Windows WDK, MDSN, Internet resources, hardware and protocol specifications, LogoPoint, your technical contacts, and so on to understand a failure.
Problem resolution
Anything that can be done by us in house will be done to pass testing, provided it is commercially feasible. For instance:
- We will update BIOS/firmware
- We will swap components (except motherboards)
- We will work with your technical staff or OEMs to address hardware/driver issues
- We will work with Microsoft WHQL to address test kit issues that are critical to passing your hardware.
In some cases, hardware updates or replacements are necessary. This will delay the project and there may be additional fees.
Logo submission consulting
- We will assist you with any aspect of the logo submission
- We will intermediate with Microsoft Customer Support Services in case of a fail result. In many cases failing submission does not mean retest or even resubmission
Post-submission support
Now you have the logo, but you may have questions regarding how to comply with the logo requirements. We help you to address issues such as what you are allowed to change, what to do when you add a faster CPU, etc.
Hardware return
- Hardware will be in original state, except where firmware was updated
- For systems, hard disk will be clean
