Test LogsDTM Test Logs These log files are the primary deliverable of a test project. You need these files to make a submission at Microsoft Winqual. Important: With the Free Plan, in order to obtain the test logs and submission package for a Winqual submission, you need to upgrade to any of the other plans.				Upgrade Plan
Hardware ReturnHardware Return We will return your hardware after payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise.
Free RetestsFree Retests Occasionally tests fail due to transient conditions, misconfiguration, etc. In order to maximize your chance for a successful outcome, we will retest as many times as is commercially feasible on the same hardware- firmware- bios- or driver combination.
Email ConsultingEmail Consulting We will assist you to reach your certification objectives within the boundaries of the project

Defect AnalysisDefect Analysis If any of the tests have failed, we will analyze the logs, troubleshoot failure points and document as much information as possible for you in order to address the issue(s).
Submission ConsultingSubmission Consulting After testing has completed, we help you through the process of making the submission to Microsoft Winqual. During this stage there are still many snags and often questions or issues do arise.
Fast Track: Test multiple OS simultaneouslyFast Track If you have short deadlines and are testing for multiple operating systems, we will accellerate the process by running tests simultaneously on multiple OS. This option requires that you send us additional hardware.
24/7 Testing24/7 Testing If you are really in a hurry, we can make sure no hours are lost by keeping tests running 24 hours a day, also during weekends.
Priority TestingPriority Testing To further reduce your time to market we will schedule your project before those in other plans.
Dedicated EngineerDedicated Engineer You may prefer having a single point of contact at Craiton. We appoint a dedicated person who will handle all aspects of current and future projects with you. (During vacations or training, a colleague will guarantee continuity).
Dedicated Test EnvironmentDedicated Test Environment If you have many projects, you can save time by reserving a dedicated test environment. Dedicated resources are an additional option and pricing depends on the size and nature of your projects (types of devices, multifunction or not, fast track option, etc).
Device Driver Testing
Signature OnlySignature Only If you just want to have your driver signed but you do not care about listing in the Windows Catalog or Tested Product List then we can test your device in the so called 'Unclassified' device category. An additional benefit is that there are fewer requirements and fewer tests and therefore fewer possible failure points. You maximize your chance for success with a Signature Only test. It's also much quicker!

Multifunction DeviceMultifunction Device A multifunction device contains multiple interfaces, typically one interface per function. These interfaces may or may not be split up between distinct driver binaries. For each interface we must do a full test run on the operating system(s) you target. Because each device is unique, we will need additional information from you before we can set a price.	Quote

System Testing
Logo'd MainboardLogo'd Mainboard A logo'd mainboard already has been subjected to rigorous testing. Choosing a logo'd mainboard will maximize your chance for success, as well as speed up the testing. Another advantage of choosing a logo'd mainboard is that you can be sure that all drivers for the respective operating systems are available from the manufacturer.
Non-Logo'd MainboardNon-Logo'd Mainboard We give you the option to test with a non-logo'd mainboard. Note however that this is usually a risky choice. Often, drivers for the respective operating system are not available (yet). Also, there sometimes is a reason why a mainboard isn't (yet) logo'd. The manufacturer might have had trouble and we will surely run into the same trouble. In case failures can't be addressed, we give you the option of swapping out the mainboard for an additional 50% fee. You ship us the mainboard and we'll install it. Reserve extra time when testing a non-logo'd mainboard. There will most likely be an extra fee for Audio Fidelity testing.
Audio FidelityAudio Fidelity If the mainboard you have chosen has never been subjected to an Audio Fidelity testing, or we're unable to obtain the logs from the manufacturer then you need to add this option.	Quote

• EU Customers pay when project is completed. Hardware is returned when payment is received.
• Worldwide customers pay in advance. Testing begins when payment is received. We accept credit cards.
• Volume Pricing: 20% discount when testing a full line of 3 or more systems.
• Volume Pricing: 10%-20% discount when testing on four operating systems.
• Volume Pricing: 20% discount when testing 6 or more device & OS combinations.
• Special pricing for sponsorship. We keep the hardware.
• 20% off one test of any kind, if you refer a new customer to us.
• All prices are exluding shipping and handling
